LAWN TIP SERIES

  1 WATER

The best time to water your lawn is the early morning; the sun will help dry the grass as the day progresses.

Nighttime watering can result in prolonged moisture on the blades, which can eventually result in a diseased lawn.

It's better to water grass less frequently, but for longer periods of time.

Soaking the lawn ensures that moisture absorbs several inches beneath the soil. We recommend approximately 45 min everyday during peak summer months and 20 min every other day in the spring and fall.
